But until the new buildings are completed, there\u2019s a unique chance to activate the space underneath.<br>Currently used as a parking lot, this area will one day become the key link between Karlsruhe West train station and the Rotag Areal\u2014an old tobacco factory transformed into a vibrant social hub.
