Raphael Kleindienst

Raphael Kleindienst (*1989) approaches landscape architecture from a comprehensive and critical standpoint, paying particular attention to design theory and interpretive landscape analysis. His academic approach is grounded in a robust conceptual foundation, further developed through his studies in Fine Arts at the Zurich University of the Arts. This interdisciplinary background informs his work, particularly in the early, exploratory phases of design, where analytical insight and creative strategy intersect.

Since 2015, Raphael has been a member of Studio Vulkan, leading the competition team. In 2025, he was appointed Associate. He holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from OST – University of Applied Sciences Eastern Switzerland in Rapperswil.
