We are pleased to announce that our team has been awarded 1st prize in the competition for the new residential neighbourhood on Sälistrasse in Olten.

The project transforms a former industrial site into a diverse and connected urban neighbourhood. A network of courtyards, streets and public spaces forms the spatial framework of the development, creating places for everyday life, social interaction and ecological resilience. Open space becomes the connecting element between the site’s industrial heritage and its future as a vibrant residential district.

The proposal emerged from a close dialogue between landscape architecture and architecture. We are grateful for the collaboration with Tobler Gmür Architekten and look forward to developing the project further together.
