1st Place: Schaerenmosstrasse Zurich

An idyllic pocket neighborhood on Schärenmossstrasse — a gentle hinge between two larger districts. In a city that is growing, it is essential to make use of every available site before expanding further into the outskirts. Located in Glatt, an area known for its larger-scale buildings, this infill project makes the most of a small plot, offering a slower pace, places to linger, and a more human scale of living.
